The location was fabulous. We walked to Broadway every evening to enjoy the night life and there were good restaurants within walking distance as well. It was far enough from Broadway that it was nice and quiet for sleeping but close enough to walk. We also really appreciated the customer service provided by the manager when there was a mix up and our room was given up. She ensured we got another room with a king bed, in a room with accommodations for hearing impaired (even though we didn't need the accommodations at least we got our king bed). She cautioned us that booking with 3rd parties can lead to getting bumped, but she went above and beyond to ensure we were happy!

Absolutely loved the bodega- super convenient for breakfast each day. Could eat healthy at whatever time we wanted. We also enjoyed the free muffin each day. The shuffle board table was a fun, unexpected addition. We had a large suite. Plenty of space.

I liked the location of the Hotel, it was in good Walking distance to Bars and other attractions. The Staff were very nice, Rooms were very clean and Bed was comfy. There is a Sports Bar at this Location and it is Very nice with Good music and drinks..
